A little bit Wild West, a lot retro Route 66; and overall a great little town. The Wild West side of Williams can be found at Wild West Junction which has a museum, restaurants, entertainment, and a fascinating real-life character as owner/partner. Williams also has summer night shootouts, and Rendezvous Days that celebrate the West.

Then there's Route 66 in Williams: the legendary "Mother Road" can still be found on Main Street. All of downtown Williams is on the National Register of Historic Places; some buildings date to the early 1900s.

And that's not all; catch The Rumble on 66, the Cool Country Cruise-In... See Williams Arizona Festivals. And the Grand Canyon Railway starts from Williams, too.
