Islands of Adventure Tips

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter "theme park within a theme park" opened in Islands of Adventure in summer 2010, and has been a hit with pretty much any one who's entered Hogsmeade Village, whether or not they were fans of the books and movies.

Visitors love the beautifully-themed details: just wandering the lanes is fun. Hogwarts Castle towers over Hogsmeade, and inside the castle is the "Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey" ride. Guests can also ride the Dragon Challenge dual roller coaster and the small-but-fun "Flight of the Hippograff". They can buy chocolate frogs in Honeydukes, or robes in Dervish and Banges, or butterbeer at the Three Broomsticks tavern...
