Solitude has some nifty ticketing features to get you on those pretty slopes.
Your "lift ticket" is a smart-card that's electronically read: just put it in a pocket, and get scanned at special gates when you ride a lift.
Guests can also buy fun by the ride, instead of by the day. Purchase a set of ten (or twenty, etc.) rides; one is deducted at each lift. Ski a few runs; use the rest of your rides another day, or even pass on your Access Card to someone else. "Access at Solitude" claims to be the most flexible ticket system in the world.
Guests can also buy a SolBright pass, to combine the Solitude and Brighton slopes. The two are connected by the Solbright groomed ski run.
Always check online, at the Solitude site, for updates about tickets and programs.
