WinterCity - Background:
WinterCity Festival is a 14-day city-wide celebration in Toronto held in late January and early February, with both indoor and outdoor fun. All events are family-friendly and many are free.
Toronto is in the Canadian province of Ontario, a 1-1/2-hour flight from New York City.
