The words "Ground Zero" are carved deep in our psyches, and older kids may want to see this place. Time has passed; Ground Zero is now in a phase of reconstruction (- see updates), and normal life takes place all around.
But still this is a solemn space, and -- though the appearance of Ground Zero keeps changing-- there will always be a memorial area to visit.
