Mountain Top Inn and Resort is a four-season getaway in Chittenden in central Vermont's Green Mountain National Forest; location is 11 miles from Killington (a downhill ski resort.)
The Inn has 350 acres, lakefront private beach, and an Equestrian Center; three golf courses are nearby.
Guest rooms are rustic: you might find beamed ceilings, a timber bed or sleigh bed, and wingback chairs.
