The Natural History Museum is just a short walk from the Science Museum: a visit to both would make a worthy day of kid-friendly sightseeing.
My son was pooped by the time we straggled into the Natural History Museum, but the sight of giant real dinosaur skeletons was like a shot of adrenaline.
And by the way: once again, there's no kids' price at the Natural History Museum -- it's FREE!
Dinosaurs are a star attraction, but there's much, much more in this huge museum, which is housed in a splendid piece of 19-th century architecture.
