Jamaica's a top Caribbean island for family-friendly all inclusive resorts; in fact, several properties are specifically for families. Check out some top spots, below.
Keep in mind that some resorts are quite far from the main airport at Montego Bay; a stay in Negril and Ocho Rios means a long ride in a shuttle, unless you hop onto a local flight.
1. Jamaica All Inclusive Resorts (alphabetical) - Beaches Boscobel
Beaches (the family-resort brand of the Sandals group) is a big name in Jamaica all inclusive resorts. Features include kids programs for different ages, infant care, Sesame Street characters and activities, gaming centers. The Boscobel resort is on the north coast past Ocho Rios, and has novelty pools, snorkeling, scuba, and (included) golf with special golf-for-kids. Ocho Rios is a 2-hour drive or a short plane hop from Montego Bay.
2. Beaches Negril

this Beaches property is on the west coast of Jamaica, on Negril's legendary seven-mile beach, and has a private water park. Negril has good areas for snorkeling; the resort has snorkeling boat trips to a coral reef, and scuba diving for ages 12 and up.
3. Beaches Sandy Bay

Also on Negril's seven-mile beach, Beaches Sandy Bay is a smaller more intimate-style resort, and is Beaches' "value" option. Kids programs for ages up to 12; nursery, teen programs, Sesame Street themed activities, watersports; those who want more can use guest privileges at nearby Beaches Negril.
4. FDR Pebbles All Inclusive Resort With Vacation Nannies

Franklyn D. Resort's sister property is also on Jamaica's north coast but closer to Montego Bay airport. Kids programs, entertainment, watersports, junior suites, and that superlative feature: each family has their own vacation nanny during their stay.
5. Franklyn D. Resort - Jamaica All Inclusive Resort With Vacation Nannies

FDR is a report specifically for families, and "all-inclusive" includes snorkeling trips, kids programs, watersports, and best of all, a friendly vacation nanny for each family throughout their stay. Also: huge suites; friendly ambiance; boardwalk dining; family activities such as magic shows; dancers and fire-eaters at night. Located on the north coast toward Ocho Rios.

Holiday Inn SunSpree is a brand of family-friendly resorts that includes several properties in the Caribbean. This resort has budget-friendly all inclusive pricing; a location near Jamaica's main airport and popular town Montego Bay; complimentary KidSpree Vacation Club; nursery; kids 11 and under stay, play and eat free.
7. Iberostar Rose Hall Beach
Iberostar is a Spanish company with many resorts worldwide, including a set of three Rose Hall resorts 20 minutes from from Montego Bay: the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach (5-star, kids club); Iberostar Rose Hall Suites (with lake pool and lazy river); and adults-only Iberostar Grand Hotel Rose Hall.8. One of several Riu resorts in Jamaica; this one is on Bloody Bay Beach, near Negril on the west coast. The Palace brand is a notch above the "classic" resorts.9. Starfish Resort - Jamaica All Inclusive
Good value at this Jamaica all inclusive by SuperClubs. Pricing is low for a not-quite-everything plan that provides lots of fun; guests pay an extra charge for premium dining, trapeze, motorized watersports, etc. Or have it all with a Platinum Plan that's still very reasonable. Kid-friendly fun includes trapeze, rock-climbing, waterslides, pool in the pool, kids center, minigolf, "ice-skating". Starfish is near FDR Pebbles, on the north coast.
10. Sunset Beach Resort

A value-priced all inclusive resort with three beaches, just 15 minutes from the Montego Bay Airport. Kids' club, teen center, and a pirate-themed waterpark, the lazy river, waterslides, etc.
