Jamaica All Inclusive Resorts (Alphabetical): Beaches Boscobel
Beaches is the family resort brand of the Sandals group, and is a big name in all inclusive resorts. Features include kids' programs for different ages, infant care, Sesame Street characters and activities, and gaming centers. The Boscobel resort is on the north coast of the island past Ocho Rios, and has novelty pools, snorkeling, scuba, and (included) golf with special "golf for kids" features. Ocho Rios is a 2-hour drive or a short plane hop from Montego Bay.

Beaches Sandy Bay

Also on Negril's seven-mile beach, Beaches Sandy Bay is a smaller resort and is Beaches' "value" option. Beaches Sandy Bay has kids' programs for ages up to 12, a nursery, teen programs, Sesame Street themed activities, and watersports. Those who want more can make use of guest privileges at the nearby Beaches Negril property.
Breezes Trelawny Resort and Spa
Guests find good value at this Jamaica all inclusive resort by SuperClubs. Kid-friendly fun includes trapeze, rock-climbing, waterslide, novelty pools, minigolf, and watersports. The resort has a Kids club for ages six months to 12 years in several age groups, and teen activities, too. Breezes Trelawny on the north coast of the island, and is very near FDR Pebbles all inclusive resort (see below.)

Holiday Inn SunSpree is a brand of family-friendly resorts that includes several properties in the Caribbean. Not all have all inclusive pricing, but this budget-friendly resort in Jamaica does. Location is near Jamaica's main airport and the popular town of Montego Bay. Features include kids club and nursery, and kids 11 and under stay, play and eat free.
Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort

Iberostar is a Spanish company with many resorts worldwide, including this set of three resorts 20 minutes from from Montego Bay: the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach, with kids club; the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites, with lazy river; and the adults-only Iberostar Grand Hotel Rose Hall. Riu Palace Tropical Bay
This all inclusive resort is one of several Riu properties in Jamaica. Location is on Bloody Bay Beach, near Negril on the west coast. Riu's "Palace" brand is a notch above its regular resorts.
