The Atlantis Bahamas is a one-of-a-kind mega-resort which -- thanks to new AQUAVENTURE waterpark-- now has a gigantic 93-acre "waterscape" with shark lagoons, jaw-dropping waterslides, the latest high-tech river float, subterranean giant aquariums, not to mention, spa, casino, and Marina...

The Atlantis also has plenty for families with young kids: "Gentle Travel" for babies; Ripples kids pool; Splashers water play zone; and kids' club created with Discovery Channel.

So it's no surprise that Easter is celebrated in a big way. Highlights include:

Bunny Tuck-Ins
The Easter Bunny delivers Easter baskets filled with treats (register first; nominal fee)

Prince & Princess Tea Party
Dress up if you like; decorate a souvenir teapot (in the Earth & Fire Pottery Studio); register first; activity fee.

Holiday Egg-Stravaganza: on Saturday; carnival games, prizes, color-a-tee, live entertainment, more

Easter Sunrise interdenominational church service

Egg Hunt: for kids 3 to 12; over 3000 eggs to be found!

Fun activities such as "Save the Dalmations!": adopt, stuff, groom your own Dalmation before Cruella de Vil finds it (activity fee). Also, juggling workshop; make an Atlantis Pal (stuff and fluff, dress it, name it -- activity fee); live comedy show (complimentary tickets for hotel guests.)
