One of the world's most famous stretches of sand: Waikiki is busy and famous, yet still a lovely place with many good features for families.
Waikiki is flanked by many hotels of different styles and price range. You can plan a Hawaii Beach vacation that includes:
- surf lessons for kids; hike up Diamond Head; catamaran sail; return to a bygone era, with High Tea at the Moana Surfider Hotel; outing to Pearl Harbor; and maybe even a free movie on the beach.
