Kids stay free in parents' room, and there's internet access in every suite.
Note, however, that guests pay a daily resort fee of $25.*
Other features about Nickelodeon Family Suites:
- the pools are heated to a nice temperature
- endless pool towels are available
- lifeguards are everywhere
In sum, with the waterparks plus games and entertainment, the place is so much fun -- especially for ages 12 and under-- that many kids will vote to spend time here rather than in the theme parks.
A few cautions:
- • teens may find the feel of the place too little-kiddish. (If you're booking a 2-bedroom and have a teen, be sure to get the twin beds, not the bunk-bed version.)
- • Price point is on the high side; if your kids want to spend every minute at theme parks, stay somewhere else and save Nick Hotel for another trip.
- • in peak season, pools and slides can get crowded; long check-ins, too. (Check visitors' comments for updates)
- • there's no quiet space; Nick-fun, noise, and kids are everywhere.
Bottom line: there's nothing else out there like Nick Hotel; and if your kids watch Nickelodeon, you just might find they're dialling Reservations and handing you the phone, to book.
