Great Wolf Lodge is a big name in the world of resorts with indoor water parks. The original GWL is in Wisconsin Dells, where the whole trend started; Great Wolf Lodge has emerged as a name brand, opening rustic-styled resorts and lavish indoor water parks in the Poconos, Niagara Falls, Sandusky Ohio, and more. Signature features at Great Wolf Lodges include: Grand Lobby with animated Clock Tower, and nightly storytime; all-suite guests rooms; Cub Club arts and crafts; Northern Lights Arcade; Spa, and seasonal Howl-o-Ween and Snowland.

Great Wolf Lodge Deals

GWL has seasonal promotions that run at multiple resorts, and also special packages at individual properties. Packages typically include four admissions to the resort's waterpark, and select arts and crafts in the Cub Club.

September - Wolf Pup Weeks: for families with pre-schoolers after the big wolves go back to school in September. Typically includes low rates and extras such as free character buffet breakfast for kids, with mascots, Wiley the Wolf and Biko the Bear, (with the purchase of an adult meal); other discounts and coupons too. Wolf Pup Weeks run into October; Howl-O-Ween packages can be expected then.

In addition, each individual resort always has some packages on offer for families: check out different locations at the Great Wolf Lodge site.

Great Wolf Lodge also offers packages that add on to nightly rates. For ex., Family Retreat Package at a number of properties adds game tokens, a pound of fudge, breakfast for four, and more, for $99.
