Bahamian and Caribbean cruises departing from Port Canaveral in Florida are core routes for Disney cruises, and guests can regularly book 3 and 4-night sailings to the Bahamas, and 7-night sailings to either the Eastern Caribbean or Western Caribbean. All these sailings include a day at Disney's private island, Castaway Cay, a 1000-acre playground in the Bahamas, with mile-long white sand beach and plenty of features and activities. A popular option is to combine a 3 or 4 day cruise with 3 or 4 days at Walt Disney World.
Mediterranean cruises have become increasingly popular, and Disney Cruise Line is targeting this area with sailings in Europe that go to fascinating ports of call.
Meanwhile, starting in 2012, several cruises will be available from New York City, a new departure city for Disney Cruise Line. New itineraries are also available from Galveston to Mexico's Caribbean coast, and from Seattle to Alaska. Guests departing from Los Angeles might head south to the Mexican Riviera, north to San Francisco, or catch an April sailing to Hawaii -- read more about Disney Cruise Line itineraries.
