Family New Years Eve Celebrations

LEGOLAND California is a year-round theme park, an hour south of Disneyland and 30 minutes north of San Diego: 128 acres designed as a "country just for kids" aged two to twelve. LEGOLAND is also a place that likes to celebrate holidays (such as Brick-Or-Treat, at Halloween), and has billed its end-of-the-year bash as "the biggest kids' New Years' celebration in Southern California". Live music acts (some with kid performers) start in the afternoon, and the countdown leads up to a giant LEGO® brick "drop" and fireworks display over Miniland U.S.A. -- and midnight strikes at 6 pm, parents will be glad to know.
