Grand Oasis Cancun: Features
This large hotel has a pyramid-shaped tower, more than 700 guestrooms, 17 restaurants, and a quarter-mile of interlocking pools that meanders through tropical landscaping. Guests compliment the lovely grounds.
For golfers: this resort has a complimentary par-three 9-hole golf course.
Guests will also find the daily activities, night-time entertainment, and non-motorized watersports typical of all-inclusive resorts. Watersports include kayaks, paddleboats, surfboards.
Note that beach conditions in Cancun are changeable, due to hurricanes, erosion, and reconstruction; always check current conditions ( - see how, below.)
For families: At time of writing, it appears that this resort has no kids club. The Oasis Palm Beach, also in Cancun, does have a kids club.
Keep in Mind about the Grand Oasis Cancun
- this resort has more than one type of plan; some plans confer extra perks.
- beach: waves can be rough.
- pools can get crowded.
- there is controversy about this resort's response to a medical emergency, in which a young man died.
