The Indiana Jones and the Adventure of Archaeology uses handheld devices to create a interactive multi-media experience that fits the 21st century.

The display cases in the exhibit areas have numbers that visitors can enter into their handheld devices to see movie clips and other audiovisual material. Visitors can use their devices to find out more about the dozens of amazing movie props and costumes on display, or to investigate actual historical background about the movie "artifacts". Kids might learn, for instance, about the "thuggees", a particular kind of murdering thieves that date back to the 1300's in India (and yes, they are the origin of our word "thug"). Or visitors might find out more about the centuries-old Christian belief in the Holy Grail.
