1. Club Med - Introduction

Find out what's unique about Club Med: The GO's and GM's, the terrific kids programs, Hip Hop Kidz and the Mini Club shows staged every week, the great locations (because Club Med was the first resort to be built in a new area), the active recreation, trapeze, and lots more.

2. Club Med Cancun Yucatan

Club Med Cancun Yucatan has arguably the best location in Cancun, with 22 acres and its own peninsula at the south end of the Hotel Zone. Highlights include: Club Med kids' programs; trapeze; snorkeling offshore, sailing and other watersports; large sports areas for basketball etc; Passworld, for two age groups of tweens and teens (a cool place to hang out, with teen-friendly GO's and activities like dj mixing and hip-hop dance.) Extras: beautiful spa, and outings in the Riviera Maya.

3. Club Med Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

This Club Med has half-mile of white-sand beach, sailing and windsurfing (with instruction), snorkeling, kayaking, roller-blading, trapeze; Crunch fitness classes, water fitness class, pool games; free-form pool the size of a football field; large sports area with basketball courts, adjacent to The Ramp; The Ramp, for teens (very cool structure, like a giant skateboard ramp.)

4. Club Med Sandpiper, Florida

Club Med Sandpiper is a Caribbean-style all-inclusive on the St. Lucie River, in SE Florida. Features include: Baby Club Med; amazing and active kids programs; trapeze, roller-blading, waterskiing, tubing, wakeboarding; free 9-hole pitch-and-putt, and various packages for the golf course.

5. Baby Club Med and Petit Club Med

Club Med has terrific all-included kids programs for many different age groups, from age four years on up, with extensive facilities and creative activities (- you won't find tv's or videogames.)

Some resorts add special programs for babies and teens.Baby Welcome is an all-included service that provides crib, baby bath, bottle-warmer, and more. Baby Club Med for ages 4 to 23 months, and Petit Club Med for ages 2 to 4 years. (Parents need to pay extra for these Clubs, and book in advance.)

6. Passworld for Teens

Teens can be a picky and tricky age-group to please. Many resorts set up a "teen center" with videogames and hope for the best. Club Med, in contrast, is leading-edge: Club Med Cancun Yucatan, and other resorts worldwide, have Passworld for teens, themed place to hang out, plus cool activities.

7. The Ramp for Teens

Another part of Club Med's focus on fun for teens: At Club Med Cana (in the Dominican Republic) is this very cool structure, like a giant skateboard ramp, with lounge underneath, and canopy above that doubles as a movie screen.
