In addition to the Viva Wyndham Tangerine, families can find five other well-priced all-inclusive properties in the Viva Resorts brand, and the good price point gets even better because of discounted prices for kids. Children under age three are free, and ages 3 to 17 can "stay, play and eat for a nominal $30 per night fee at all Viva Wyndham properties."( -See Wyndham site.) Viva regularly has "Kids Free" specials, too; check for promotions during summer off-season months.

Families will find kids clubs for ages four to twelve (perhaps in two age groups), Junior programs for tweens and young teens, kids activities, activities for all ages including dance lessons, cooking lessons, aerobics, yoga-- even trapeze at at least one resort. And at least one resort also offers special amenities to families with infants.

Read more about Viva Wyndham Resorts: three in the DR, one on Grand Bahama Island, and a pair of resorts near Playa del Carmen in Mexico's Mayan Riviera.
