Slowly but surely, travel is resuming following the disasters of September 11th. Stranded travelers are making their way home; people are embarking on the trips they'd planned. Yet many travelers are still uncertain about refunds for cancelled flights, about schedule changes and cutbacks, and about whether to fly or not.
