One of the star attractions at the Quebec Winter Carnival is the Ice Palace, created with a different design each year. Below is the 2004 rendition.
Location is at Place Loto Quebec*, across from the impressive Parliament Building of Quebec, and two minutes from the main site of Quebec Carnival, at Place Desjardins. Kids love walking inside the Palace walls.
