CANCUN RESORTS GIST OF VISITOR COMMENTS*
Beach Palace positive! "Great Service" is a theme.

Note: last comment is in November, before Hurricane Wilma; resort will re-open soon

Avalon Grand Cancun Mixed. Negative comments particularly nix the  timeshare sales pitches.
Avalon Reef Club Mostly positive; timeshare-seller complaints.
Crown Paradise Club Cancun Mainly positive; some remarks about cold pools. Note that very few resorts in Mexico or the Carib'n have heated pools, so if the weather is cool, the pools will be too. Probably this was a problem for a few weeks only. Also: beach has been restored.  "Great for families on a budget", sez one comment.
Dreams Cancun Positive!
Fiesta American Grand Coral Beach Cancun Positive! (reopened very recently.)
Moon Palace Positive! With a few complaints thrown in.
Riu Cancun Positive!
