Melia Cabo Real All Inclusive Resort - Background:

Melia Cabo Real is in the Cabo San Lucas area, on the tip of the Baja California peninsula, on the west side of Mexico. The resort overlooks the Sea of Cortez, and is 20 minutes from the airport, 15 from downtown Cabo San Lucas, in "the Corridor" between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.

Los Cabos ("The Capes") has year-round warm weather, some good snorkeling beaches, and a nearby coral reef. Activities include horseriding, and sightseeing in the artists' town of Todos Santos.

The Melia Cabo Real has rooms and suites in five-story units around "the largest pool in the Baja Peninsula". Each room has a balcony or terrace; most have an ocean or partial-ocean view. The resort has buffet and a la carte restaurants.
