Where is the Caribbean Beach Resort?
Caribbean Beach is one of the moderate-priced Walt Disney World Resorts, and is located in what's called the "Epcot Area", though it's actually close to MGM Studios also. Keep in mind that Walt Disney World is the size of Boston; on the plus side, by staying at a WDW resort, you can get around easily on the excellent, free Disney bus system.
What's Special about the Caribbean Beach Resort for families?
Caribbean Beach is a fun place to stay, with cute castle-themed pool that's popular day and night. The food fair is conveniently close the pool; pool has a small waterslide.
Caribbean Beach has an actual (artificial) beach, with hammocks, and boat rentals. Kids can explore Parrot Caye Island, with kiddie playground.
