Caribbean Resort with Water Park

Tuesday March 11, 2008
ki Add another one, to the map of tropical resorts with their own waterpark: The El Conquistador Resort and Golden Door Spa, in Puerto Rico, has a new 2.4 acre "Coqui" water park with waterslides, lazy river, kids' pool. This 500- acre property-- fresh from a $120M reno --also has a private island playground, with beach, watersports, cafe and bar.

Keep in mind, though, that this resort isn't all-inclusive. On the plus side: no passport is needed, for US citizens traveling to Puerto Rico.

Check out the "El Con" and its water park, and see pix.
