Hey, Dude!

Monday April 2, 2007
dude ranch vacations The "dude ranch" family vacation is a venerable tradition: back in the 50's, easterners used to arrive in Wickenburg Arizona, put on their cowboy boots, and settle in for a month or so. One of those ranches was "Rancho de los Caballeros", a "ranch resort" that's still family-run; today, the "resort" part means golf and spa in addition to the horse-riding.

Guests can ride twice a day, try trap and skeet, take nature tours in the Sonoran desert; and there's a complimentary kids' program.

Season lasts 'til mid-May-- still time to book!
