It's all about staying on-property

Theme parks want to give your family some nice perks, if you'll lay your sleepy heads on their pillows at night.

HersheyPark, for example, offers guests Hershey Sweet Starts: enter the park an hour before regular opening, if you stay at The Hershey Hotel (a classic, with kids' club) or family-friendly Hershey Lodge, or Hershey Highmeadow Campground.

Universal Orlando, meanwhile, has a terrific perk for guests at its three beautiful properties: Front Of The Line access to popular rides at the Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure theme parks. Universal's hotels also have free water taxis to the parks, and "beach" pools with sand, zero-entry, waterslide, and more. Disney World gives many extras at all its resorts: excellent free bus system; Extra Magic Hours (every day, one park opens one hour early or stays open three hours late just for Resort guests); assured entrance on crowded days; package delivery. And new in 2005: Magic Your Way, a new way of buying theme park tickets, including a money-saving Dining Option; and Disney's Magical Express free shuttle from the airport.
