For U.S. citizens: if you're dreaming of a family vacation at a beach resort for Spring Break, but not everyone in the family has a passport, consider the US Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico in the Caribbean; both are U.S. territories and no passport is required for U.S. citizens. (Trunk Bay beach, right is part of a U.S. National Park.) While these islands aren't known for all-inclusive choices, they do have many family-friendly resorts and you can find a couple of all inclusives too.
