A new guest article lauds Vista Verde Ranch, in Colorado: what's not to like about "fine dining, luxury accommodations, and all the horseback riding you desire."

Vista Verde is open in winter, too, and has appealing activities for Christmas holidays: sleigh rides, an outing to get a Christmas tree, carolling, a "progressive" dinner around the ranch... Downhill skiing at nearby Steamboat is pretty appealing, too.
