Crossing Borders With Kids - Mexico

Thursday October 9, 2008

But the plot thickens if only one birth parent is traveling with the child, or if the child is flying with someone -- like grandma-- who's not her legal guardian. And if you're arriving by car or boat, the situation's different again.
