Howl-O-Ween at Great Wolf Lodges

Friday September 21, 2007
Great Wolf Lodge is the big name in indoor waterpark resorts, and once again, Howl-O-Ween comes to haunt the eight Great Wolf Lodges. Guests are encouraged to dress up, there are trick-or-treat trails, "spooktacular storytime" in the Grand Lobby...

Howl-O-Ween at Great Wolf Lodges

October means Howl-O-Ween, with spooky fun at all Great Wolf Lodge locations:

  • Wisconsin Dells, Wis.
  • Sandusky, Ohio
  • Traverse City, Mich.
  • Kansas City, Kan.
  • Williamsburg, Va.
  • the Pocono Mountains, Pa.
  • Niagara Falls, Ontario
  • Mason, Ohio
  • -- and in 2008, there'll be two more locations.
Signature Halloween activities include:
  • nightly story-time in the Grand Lobby -- a signature activity, at each Great Wolf Lodge-- will be Halloween-ish
  • rooms decorated in Haunted Forest, Candy Land, wizard, dragon and pixie themes
  • trick-or-treat trails, with colorful characters
Many other Halloween activities are also part of the scene; details -- and dates-- vary at each property. Samples include costume contests, pumpkin decorating, horse-drawn hay rides, crafts such as masks or Jack-o-lanterns. Find out more at www.greatwolflodge.com, which has sections for each location.
