Disney's Year of a Million Dreams
October 2006 starts a 15-month celebration at Disney World and Disneyland. The "Year of a Million Dreams" brings new attractions and special shows... and thousands of personal "Magic Moments" given out every day to guests in the Disney parks.
You might get a tap on the shoulder, turn around, and see a Disney cast member who's on the "Dream Squad": ready to give your family a little pixie dust. Maybe you'll lead a parade, or stay the night in the Mickey Mouse Penthouse Suite. Maybe you'll even win a vacation. Every day, thousands of "dreams" will be given out.

Disney's Year of a Million Dreams
Every day at Disney parks and Downtown Disney in Orlando and California, extra "Magic Moments" and special experiences will be given out, randomly, to guests. (Read all the way to the bottom, for how to win prizes online as well.)
Sample experiences:
Guests might ride on a float in "Mickey's Jammin' Jungle" parade. Or lead the coundown to the morning opening of a Disney park. A Disney Princess might join a little princess on Cinderella’s Golden Carrousel; a child might be an Offical Wildlife Spotter on safari in Animal Kingdom.
Also sprinkled throughout the day: mini-performances where kids join in. Jack Sparrow and pals act up in Adventureland, and teach kids to be pirates; special courtiers in Fantasyland train princes and princesses.
Or maybe your "dream" will be: a Disney Vacation Club membership; an Adventure by Disney family vacation; a shopping spree for Disney merchandise; Dream FASTPASS badges; special park after-hour events, exclusive trading pins...
Overnight stays at the Cinderella Castle Suite (in Disney World) and Mickey Mouse Penthouse (in Disneyland) are sure to be a much-wished for gift. For the stay in the Cinderella Castle Suite, a Disney World guest will be selected randomly by early afternoon; up to five members of their party will start the night by at Cinderella's Royal Table. Note, though, that the Castle Suite isn't open until late January 2007; the Mickey Mouse Penthouse should be ready in December 2006.

My son won the honor of being the grand marshal in the Disneyland parade and a one night stay at the mickey mouse penthouse sweet. They treated us us like stars. Our dreams really did come true!
