Jamaica All-Inclusive: with Nanny for your Family

Jamaica is an island with many all-inclusives, including a bunch specifically for families.

All offer kids' clubs, teen activities, watersports, kids' meals... the whole array of pampering and conveniences expected at a Caribbean AI. And each resort has something special too: trapeze and rock-climbing wall at Starfish; XBox games center at Beaches resorts.

But perhaps the most outstanding feature is found at two mid-sized resorts, Franklyn D. Resort and FDR Pebbles -- on the north coast of Jamaica-- where each family has their own vacation nanny during their stay.

Many families return and make sure their kids have the same nanny, year after year. The nanny also restocks your mini-fridge (which has snacks, as well as drinks), helps you plan your day, and is generally helpful even if you have older kids.
